Yes, you stay where you are!

The other day I've asked the question 'Why leaving the place where I am?'. I haven't got the answer on this question yet but I've got at least a decision whether leaving Fulham or not. Even more, I've got the decision whether leaving the street I'm used to or not...

Once again I had to go through hundrets of property ads offering 'stunning one-bedroom flats', 'gorgeous spacious studio-flats' and 'a must-see in ideal location'. Once again I had to ring hundrets of letting agencies and landlords telling you that they're going to call you back, being aware that they never do. And once again I had to rush around the city undergoing numerous disillusioning viewings of crappy places they wanted me to rent, they wanted me to live in. Being completely desperate I realised that the solution is literally in front of my feet, or better in front of my door. Why not asking the current landlord? Surprisingly he's got the solution: a bigger flat with a proper patio! And the best thing about it is that this flat is literally just two doors along the street. Ok, I will have to spend more for this one. And, ahhm, I haven't seen it so far, but hey: Who cares? :) It's supposed to offer more space and a proper patio (you can even see it on google maps)!

So I have to revise my inital question: Why changing the street you live? And why changing the landlord?
