Spring in Vienna against media in Austria?

Now that spring has come it's time to think about the place where I'm living again, think about Vienna. Vienna, with it's abhorrent and Vienna with it's gorgeous faces.

For a long time I was thinking that there are at least two newspapers which do objective journalism without any sympathy to either right or left wing groupings in Austria. But recently I had to disabuse myself when I was (again) complaining about a lot of derStandard.at users who have posted their really extreme views on certain topics without any censorship of the editorial department. But my postings have not been published for any reason, mine of all postings, where I just wanted to point out that there has been a really strong shift to the right in the last months and years in Austria, that Austrians are ignorant, arrogant, grumpy and smoke way too much. I just wanted to say that politics in Austria are hogwash and that nearly all ministers are mad psychopaths and that they don't do anything for bikers and non-smokers but rather blow all of our money to dilapidated banks instead of helping people who have nothing and live on the streets...

But then spring has come and the sun was shining and people got out of their muggy flats and didn't have to wear their jackets anymore because of the warm temperatures. And I got out my bike of the cellar, took my sunglasses and felt the warm sunbeam on my skin while biking to the wholefood store for getting some fresh Austrian herbs. I was able to walk through the MQ with my flip flops, experiencing all the young Bobos in a good temper, feeling the energy and enjoying my urban way of life. Even my own antipathy against the people, the city and the country was forgotten for a few hours. But then my thirst of knowledge was overwhelming again and what else could I have done than entering derStandard.at, reading user postings and annoying about not publishing my postings???
