Why not vanilla-caramel?

Angst is not a Weltanschauung? Says Bernhard Fleischmann! If you listen to his song '24.12.' he recorded together with Marilies Jagsch you could indeed feel like flying trough another sphere, as if you could leave back all fear, apparently gliding into a whole new world.

But the elementary question of this day, the question with the deeper sense, has to be answered immediately. Actually you could claim that this question follows a 'Weltanschauung', especially for me as a human who loves to seperate things from each other. I can't understand why obviously nobody has asked this question before...

There is vanilla and chocolate... and strawberry... and there is caramel. And there is vanilla-chocolate as well.

But... why is there no vanilla-caramel?
